[8789] Rename several singleton macros to use more consistent names.

* objmgr -> sObjectMgr
 * spellmgr -> sSpellMgr
 * WaypointMgr -> sWaypointMgr
 * poolhandler -> sPoolMgr
 * objaccessor -> sObjectAccessor
 * mapmgr -> sMapMgr
 * sInstanceSaveManager -> sInstanceSaveMgr
 * ticketmgr -> sTicketMgr
 * CreatureEAI_Mgr -> sEventAIMgr
 * auctionmgr -> sAuctionMgr
 * achievementmgr -> sAchievementMgr
