 * objaccessor -> sObjectAccessor
 * mapmgr -> sMapMgr
 * sInstanceSaveManager -> sInstanceSaveMgr
 * ticketmgr -> sTicketMgr
 * CreatureEAI_Mgr -> sEventAIMgr
 * auctionmgr -> sAuctionMgr
 * achievementmgr -> sAchievementMgr
