* This allows Linux OS to update world every 50ms like Windows (possible speed-up, but more CPU usage).
* This hack was probably used because of old sockets lib, but we don't use this for worldd anymore.
You should add two libraries into your server binaries:
tbb.so/tbbmalloc.so on *nix and tbb(_debug).dll/tbbmalloc(_debug).dll on Windows!!!
Define USE_STANDARD_MALLOC while compiling 'framework' project to use OS' default memory allocator!

It have 0 if account offline.
NOTE: this break all scripts that use `online` field for seelct online characters, and it required update.
But from other side this reolve
* Bug with reset online state active realm at restart another realm.
* Let easy select online accounts for some specific realm if need.

all warnings from Wunused
and some from Wall
cause unused may be most interesting for some:
they were in following files:
src/game/Level2.cpp
src/game/Map.cpp
src/game/SpellAuras.cpp
src/game/Unit.cpp
src/mangosd/Master.cpp
but i guess mostly someone just fogot to remove this code
for some unsigned vs signed warnings i used:
ack "for.*int .*size\(\)" | ack -v uint
also note for coding:
if you do something like
if( a && b || c)
just place parentheses around (a && b) && always will have
precedence over || but without parentheses this could be overseen
quite fast (at least that's my guess why gcc will warn for this)

* git_id updated to generate revision_sql.h file with required_* fields strings.
* mangosd/realmd changed to include header and check this strings at startup.
* mangosd/realmd will terminated if related strings not match in DB content.
In most cases this meaning that not all expected sql updates applied.
Current required_* field stored in DB output in error to help find what last sql updates applied.
IMPORTNAT NOTE for mangos devs: please update used git_id before adding next commits with sql updates!
Added config options to set count of eventlog records stored in DB.
Attached SQL files will DROP existing and create new tables. Make sure you create backup (if you need old data).
Renamed few variables in Guild class.

Implemented 2 way set cache data "version":
* New db_version.cache_id field let set cache data version by DB content creators.
This can be used for content releases by seting some unique value at each release.
This value used by default.
* New mangosd.conf config option let set (overwrite DB value) or use 0 for ignore.
This can be used by serever admin for reset cache at some local changes.
Note: values use at client login and then must be unique for long period time to avoid ignored
at login some long not connected client with old same cache version value.

* Introduced new table character_battleground_data
* Entry point is now stored on BG enter event not join event
* Entry point for dungeons is now correctly set to nearest graveyard
(this prevent well known assert in GetInstance because of porting to already destroyed instance)
* Teleporting from BG correctly restore mount state
* Teleporting from BG correctly restore taxi flight
(in multipath flight you will end up in nearest transition point on the route)

* GM.InGMList replaced by GM.InGMList.Level with default value 3 (visible any gm levels)
* GM.InWhoList replaced by GM.InWhoList.Level with default value 3 (visible any gm levels)
Update mangosd.conf if used non default value for old GM.InGMList and GM.InWhoList
* Implement new config options for minimal player/pet/charter name length (2 by default)
* Better error reporting at problems in names.
* Add check from max pet/charter name length (same as for player names at client side)
For using socket connection specify host name as . and port as
path to Unix socket directory or . for default path specified
in PostgreSQL compile time.

Fixed typo with BattleGroundPlayerMap.
Optimized implementation for removing offline players from battleground.
Fixed typo in BattleGroundMgr::DeleteAllBattleGrounds.
Patch is tested and should work.
TODO there is a bug if you disable premature finish timer, that can cause battlegrounds to be never ending!
TODO rewrite BattleGround::RemovePlayer function - and fix bugs there!
I might not have today enough time to fix those bugs.
