Ambal 40ef9cbf2f [11284] Implement prepared statements for INSERT+DELETE+UPDATE SQL requests. Should improve player save performance + lower MySQL server CPU usage. 
Note: PostgreSQL does not have prepared statements implemented using native APIs.
