VladimirMangos fe1693a7da [8170] Fill spell_check by data form SpellEffect.cpp until end of Spell::EffectSchoolDMG. 
2 error and 1 spell mask duplicate with strnage differences specially not fixed for
show .debug spellcheck work ;)
