5c2d710fbb misc: Update LibHac 
* _lastFileOffset now correctly stores the offset for the last file in the chain

  * Fixes an issue where a RomFS mod with both overridden and new files in the same folder would load incorrectly

* Renamed a variable with the wrong name

* Now behaves correctly when the same file is added twice in a row compared to V1 MR

7bd5a61b65 RyuLDN implementation 
These changes allow players to matchmake for local wireless using a LDN
server. The network implementation originates from Berry's public TCP
RyuLDN fork. Logo and unrelated changes have been removed.

Additionally displays LDN game status in the game selection window when
RyuLDN is enabled.

Functionality is only enabled while network mode is set to "RyuLDN" in
the settings.

Updating Concentus dependency to speed up Opus decoding (#6757) 
* Implementing new features in the latest Concentus library - span-in, span-out Opus decoding (so we don't have to make temporary buffer copies), returning a more precise error code from the decoder, and automatically linking the native opus library with P/invoke if supported on the current system

* Remove stub log messages and commit package upgrade to 2.1.0

* use more correct disposal pattern

* Bump to Concentus 2.1.1

* Bump to Concentus 2.1.2

* Don't bother pulling in native opus binaries from Concentus package (using ExcludeAssets).

* Fix opus MS channel count. Explicitly disable native lib probe in OpusCodecFactory.

* Bump to package 2.2.0 which has split out the native libs, as suggested.
