* Supported 1.12.1, 1.12.2, 2.4.3, 3.2.2a in same time as relams in same realmlist
* mangosd by self check correct for it client build and reject all incorrect cases
* realmd know from mangosd what builds supported each realm and
if realm not support it then in relamlist for specific client this relam show as offline.
Not need any manual settings for this.

* Replace old `account`.`online` field by `account`.`active_realm_id`.
It have 0 if account offline.
NOTE: this break all scripts that use `online` field for seelct online characters, and it required update.
But from other side this reolve
* Bug with reset online state active realm at restart another realm.
* Let easy select online accounts for some specific realm if need.

all warnings from Wunused
and some from Wall
cause unused may be most interesting for some:
they were in following files:
src/game/Level2.cpp
src/game/Map.cpp
src/game/SpellAuras.cpp
src/game/Unit.cpp
src/mangosd/Master.cpp
but i guess mostly someone just fogot to remove this code
for some unsigned vs signed warnings i used:
ack "for.*int .*size\(\)" | ack -v uint
also note for coding:
if you do something like
if( a && b || c)
just place parentheses around (a && b) && always will have
precedence over || but without parentheses this could be overseen
quite fast (at least that's my guess why gcc will warn for this)

* git_id updated to generate revision_sql.h file with required_* fields strings.
* mangosd/realmd changed to include header and check this strings at startup.
* mangosd/realmd will terminated if related strings not match in DB content.
In most cases this meaning that not all expected sql updates applied.
Current required_* field stored in DB output in error to help find what last sql updates applied.
IMPORTNAT NOTE for mangos devs: please update used git_id before adding next commits with sql updates!
* Introduced new table character_battleground_data
* Entry point is now stored on BG enter event not join event
* Entry point for dungeons is now correctly set to nearest graveyard
(this prevent well known assert in GetInstance because of porting to already destroyed instance)
* Teleporting from BG correctly restore mount state
* Teleporting from BG correctly restore taxi flight
(in multipath flight you will end up in nearest transition point on the route)

Added the possibility to use custom process return values
instead of hardcoded 0 (shutdown) or 2 (restart) to allow using them
for various custom external features / better handling.
This can be used through 4 commands in ".server" family:
- shutdown
- restart
- idleshutdown
- idlerestart
Those have from now on 2 arguments, where the second (return value)
is optional:
.server <command> <time> [return_value]
If return_value is not specified, default value (0 or 2) is used.

* Changed genrevision to use * instead of unknown when some info can not be found
* Added the git_id tool which is used to generate changes to revision_nr.h and the commit message
Also svn_revision.h renmaed to revision.h and defines in to it also renamed. MaNGOS code updated.
Other projects using this genrevison tool need to be updated in similar way.
gvnrevision still support svn version generation and have addition options now (see sources).
gensvnrevision/svn_revision.h and other svn reference will fixed later.
Now version strings include commit date/time that can be used in git case for fast find git commit without using git hash most time.
In chat ".server info" output git hash can be copied by shift-click in chat and then copied to cliboard if need.
