We in any case modify args string content at parsing in commands,
so cast it to char* early. This let avoid lot later casts.
Some other code style exist in related code.
* .server log filter comamnd let temporary (until config reload or restart)
set log filters state. Or look at filters state.
* .server log level renamed from .server set loglevel but now let look at log level also.
* .lookup account email, .lookup account ip, .lookup account name
* For new commands and for .lookup player versions use first arg as part of email/ip/name search

Note: there are still many warnings from the 3rd party libraries g3dlite and ACE. Those warnings won't be fixed with that commit.
Also, a few warnings from MaNGOS are left, they'll be fixed later.

Added the possibility to use custom process return values
instead of hardcoded 0 (shutdown) or 2 (restart) to allow using them
for various custom external features / better handling.
This can be used through 4 commands in ".server" family:
- shutdown
- restart
- idleshutdown
- idlerestart
Those have from now on 2 arguments, where the second (return value)
is optional:
.server <command> <time> [return_value]
If return_value is not specified, default value (0 or 2) is used.

gvnrevision still support svn version generation and have addition options now (see sources).
gensvnrevision/svn_revision.h and other svn reference will fixed later.
Now version strings include commit date/time that can be used in git case for fast find git commit without using git hash most time.
In chat ".server info" output git hash can be copied by shift-click in chat and then copied to cliboard if need.
Now console/RA uas same commads as used in chat if selected command marked as safe for console.
Some commands accessable only at console and have security level 4. See sql update for new command names.
Not all commands that safe (or can be modified to safe) for console allowed currently for use in console input, this will be fixed later.
