Command show really know by selected player talent ranks,
including bugged cases like 2 rank same talent known and etc.

Can be helpful in bug debuging and cheating cases.

NOTE: this is mostly just formal adding 2 movegens with very limited cleanups.
Real result from adding 2 new movegens possible after apply more deep cleanups/fixes
in UNIT_STAT_CHASE/UNIT_STAT_FOLLOW set. But this will need more cereful changes
because we have currently sometime strange dependences and places for set for this flags.
Similar cleanups required for other movegen related flags. Infact i have related patches but
need more testing before apply step by step.

also note, that creature_loot_template id 0
is used for the loot of dead players in this bg
(after a player died and you remove insignia from him..
he not only drops money - he drops some random items too)
further work must be done in better code for adjusting right
levels to creatures - maybe using something similar like it's
done in heroic instances

.event activelist got renamed to .event list with optional parameter "all"
so .event list - will list all active events
and .event list all - will list all events including inactive ones

PLEASE, NOT USE string world broadcasts in real code. This function _only_ for debug purposes.
Really allow with .debug bg start bg with 1 player.

Renumbering arena related mangos string to proper ranges and cleanup related code and DB data.
Set battleground/arena announcer disabled by default as extansion in server functionality.

Now db script command strings stored in `db_script_string (mangos_string like table). Text field `datatext` replace by int field `dataint` that store index in `db_script_string` table. Indexes must be 2000000000+ (for avoid conflicts with mangos_string indexes). Changes required DB support and SCRIPT_COMMAND_TALK will not work with old data until fixing in DB.
Works for all classes, not only hunter. Pet also saved in DB.
