Added config options to set count of eventlog records stored in DB.
Attached SQL files will DROP existing and create new tables. Make sure you create backup (if you need old data).
Renamed few variables in Guild class.

Implemented 2 way set cache data "version":
* New db_version.cache_id field let set cache data version by DB content creators.
This can be used for content releases by seting some unique value at each release.
This value used by default.
* New mangosd.conf config option let set (overwrite DB value) or use 0 for ignore.
This can be used by serever admin for reset cache at some local changes.
Note: values use at client login and then must be unique for long period time to avoid ignored
at login some long not connected client with old same cache version value.

* Implement new config options for minimal player/pet/charter name length (2 by default)

Now WorldObject have 2 function for sound level dependent from distance (PlayDistanceSound)
and for not depednet (PlayDirectSound)
* Old Player::PlaySound function removed and uses need to be updated to WorldObject functions
Note: function called for _source_ of sound in different from old function.
* chat command .debug ps removed and .debug playsound can used for bother packects test:
if no selection used SMSG_PLAY_SOUND, if selection exist including self then SMSG_PLAY_OBJECT_SOUND.

Implemented OffhandCheckAtTalentsReset option for unequip at zone change (default)
and at talent reset itself (can be enabled).
Added 2 new config options - InvitationType and PremadeGroupWaitForMatch - you can find more info in default config file.
This patch can cause crashes.

This is just a simple check if target's gmlevel is lesser
than the caller's one. If it is, an error is returned.
Offline checks for some commands are included.
That in simple words means no further .goname to a gmlevel 3 player
from a gmlevel 2 or 1 account, so gmlevel 3 can work in peace.

Renumbering arena related mangos string to proper ranges and cleanup related code and DB data.
Set battleground/arena announcer disabled by default as extansion in server functionality.

Note: set option to 0 disable heroic characters creating.
Also non-player account not have now any limits (except 10 clinet limit) for heroic characters creating.

Cheating preventing at reconect for queued session and sending unexpected packets to server.
Removed unneeded after ACE related changes kicked sessions list.
Added the possibility to use custom process return values
instead of hardcoded 0 (shutdown) or 2 (restart) to allow using them
for various custom external features / better handling.
This can be used through 4 commands in ".server" family:
- shutdown
- restart
- idleshutdown
- idlerestart
Those have from now on 2 arguments, where the second (return value)
is optional:
.server <command> <time> [return_value]
If return_value is not specified, default value (0 or 2) is used.
