Now safe allow this casts in like way after completed convertion to ObjectGuid use.
Also simplify code in result allowed auto cast to uint64.
Please _not_ add new uint64 storages (local and in structures) for guid values.
* Creature/GameObject guid generators moved to Map
* For avoid wrong not converted cases generic function in ObjectMgr has been replaced by
specilized guid generation function like sObjectMgr.GeneratePlayerLowGuid().
This let catch all cases that need update in custom code or scripts.
* Drop many ObjectAcessor.h now dead code. This is also make mangos more thread safe.
* Restore one more time unix build broken in prev. commits.
Note: many cases when something not wotk in instance but work in continents
possible magicly start work after this commit. For example, some gm commands.
From large systems that need more chnages for start work in full power in instances
can be referecned pool/gamevent system. Last need just small hacks drop changes but
in will addded in independent commit.
ASSERT hard use in predictable way because diff. 3rd party libs code
redefine it inf different ways and hard make sure that used in end
of mangos define version. This is real detected problem make some
expected assert checks ignored and so bugs not detected as expected from code.
In addition made related changes:
* Common.h header expected to be first include in any src/game/header except most simple cases.
* Related FILE.h header expected to be first include in FILE.cpp
* Fixed some absent includes and type forwards for safe build without PCH enabled.
* Avoid using MANGOS_ASSERT in src/framework code

* Fixed some amount wrong uses low guids as full player guids.
* Add private without body ObjectGuid(uint32 const&) for catch wrong assigns low guids to ObjectGuid.
In some cases need assign "0" guid, then use ObjectGuid() instead.
* Fixed .pdump commands work.
* This let make map local way access for cases when player/all units
expected to be at same map (for scripts cases for example).
Ofc, still exist many places where code expect world wide player search.
Spell casting for support far target cases, groups/guilds/chat/etc packets
* Function Unit::GetUnit depricated and will removed soon.
* Function GetCreatureOrPetOrVehicle renamed to less horriable GetAnyTypeCreature name.
* Use ACE_RW_Thread_Mutex, since there's much more reading than writing.
* Use read lock in Find(), and write lock in Insert() and Remove().
* Correctly lock the hashmap on outside calls.
This patch implements storing guid->object pairs on per map level, this leads
to less locking in ObjectAccessor in case of further multithreaded map update.
For case of cross map guid looking (auras cases) all maps are linked into
ObjectAccessor and can be traversed for this lookup.

* Added basic infrastructure for visibility update in case difference player and current view point.
Just for note: seletect additional arg way beacuse repeatable search object will slow but store pointer will not safe,
so use middle case: get view point pointer early as possible at visibility updates.
* Implement dynamic object and creature activisation while it's target of far sight spell effect
* Use this for SPELL_AURA_BIND_SIGHT, SPELL_AURA_FAR_SIGHT and SPELL_EFFECT_ADD_FARSIGHT.
* Note2: some spyglass like spells let look _around_ at long distance, this hard implement in current grid loading system
