This helper change for allow have in future static spawned vehicles as `creature` table data.
Added CreatureInfo::GetHighGuid() high guid selector, and wrapper CreatureData::GetHighGuid()
for most real cases of usage. Also easy get expected guid form by CreatureData::GetObjectGuid(lowguid).
Also fixed some memory lost cases at creature spawn fail.
Reserve at server startup some guods follow last used in static DB spawns guid
for creatures/gameobjects for use in .npc add/.gobject add commands.
This allow safe select guids not used in all map copies. Guids for temporary spawns
used from range frollow after reserved guids range.
This also let select new static spawns guids (added in game chat command) near to already used static guids.
So it let avoid gaps in static guids lists.
Amount reserved guids set in new GuidReserveSize.* config options.
* CreatureCreatePos work in 3 modes:
- exactly provided coordinates/orientation/map/phasemask
- exactly object + orientation as coordinates/map/phasemask
- delayed position calculation near provided object at specific dist/angle.
* Use in similar way and for Pet/Vehicle Create functions.
For Totem created new Totem::Create function with some moved in to it totem specific code.
* This let resolve recent problems with creature spawn and preserve fix for cases when
Creature::Create addon/script code expected known correct possition for creature.
Some called from Create code can req. proper pos setup for creature.
Bad side: But in way how currently code orginized impossible setup excetly position for most
Creature sublasses. So in this part need more work.
Only work different from old way: target creature despawned.
So if this not expected use .respawn to it in gm mode or area respawn.
Code simplification suggested originally by rsa.
.lookup pool $pooldescpart - list of pools (anywhere) with substring in description
.pool list - list of pools with spawn in current map (only work in instances)
Non-instanceable maps share pool system state os useless attempt get all pols at all continents.
.pool spawns - list current creatures/objects listed in pools and spawned (added to grid data, not meaning show in world).
.pool spawns #pool_id - list current creatures/objects listed in #pool_id and spawned (added to grid data, not meaning show in world).
.pool #pool_id - pool information and full list creatures/gameobjects included in pool
* Direct store pool system dynamic data in sPoolMgr replaced by
shared pool system data object (for all non instanceable maps)
into WorldPersistentState, and own copies of pool system data
object in DungeonPersistentState/BattlegroundPersistentState.
This let have pools with object at many non-instanceable maps,
and single map pools with unique state for each instance.
* Avoid direct global grid data modify from pool system, and use for this also
recently added local for MapPersistentState grid spawn data.
* Implemented proper API for update pool system data in MapPersistentStates
from GameEvent system.
* Initialize pool system state at MapPersistendState creating.
For shared pool system state for non-instanceable maps initilized at first map state
creating.
Now pool system propertly work in instance also!
Now any creatures/gameobjects loaded base at DB data
in non-instanceable/instanceable maps always have same guid
as in DB data.
* Also remove useless by same reasons MaNGOS::GameObjectWithDbGUIDCheck
* Creature/GameObject guid generators moved to Map
* For avoid wrong not converted cases generic function in ObjectMgr has been replaced by
specilized guid generation function like sObjectMgr.GeneratePlayerLowGuid().
This let catch all cases that need update in custom code or scripts.
* Drop many ObjectAcessor.h now dead code. This is also make mangos more thread safe.
* Restore one more time unix build broken in prev. commits.
Note: many cases when something not wotk in instance but work in continents
possible magicly start work after this commit. For example, some gm commands.
From large systems that need more chnages for start work in full power in instances
can be referecned pool/gamevent system. Last need just small hacks drop changes but
in will addded in independent commit.
* At game events table loading checked not only allowed event ids range but also event existance.
* Renamed CONDITION_ACTIVE_EVENT -> CONDITION_ACTIVE_GAME_EVENT
* Implemented new conditions:
- CONDITION_NOT_ACTIVE_GAME_EVENT
- CONDITION_ACTIVE_HOLIDAY
- CONDITION_NOT_ACTIVE_HOLIDAY
Recomended use holiday version where possible as more portable.
* Fixed wrong arenaid use at leave arena queue.
* Fixed memory lost and etc at not virtual EndBattleground call
* Fixed crash at arena join with fake data from client.
* Code cleanups.
This can affect correct result in cases big guid values
(out of range for possitive part of int32 range) at x86 platforms.
Some other cases addded in addition to original patch fixes
where %d wrongly/unsafe used for unsigned values.

Also other classes have been affected, due to the use of search&replace.
This will probably break some patches and 3rd party libraries, so make sure to update them if required.
Thanks to Phille for the original idea and patch!
Add a default define and use it instead of hard coded value.
Some additional minor corrections for transport GO's

Also
* Fixed some amount wrong uses low guids as full player guids.
* Add private without body ObjectGuid(uint32 const&) for catch wrong assigns low guids to ObjectGuid.
In some cases need assign "0" guid, then use ObjectGuid() instead.
* Fixed .pdump commands work.
Also
* Show response text if added at view.
* Show tickets amount at console .ticket use instead unexpected no player error.
* Allow use ticket number in .ticket respond case.
* Some code cleanups.
* Fixed crash at absent optional literal. Thanks to MysteriousSouL for reproting.
* Converted mode commands use new way parsing functions with fixing posible crash cases.
Also
* Better single | detection as non-link case (doubled by client)
* Commands .pdump now allow quoted filename (usefull if filename path include whitespaces)
* Commands .debug update and .modify bit removed as redundent
* Command .debug getvalue now can output values in float/int/hex/bitstring formats
* Command .debug setvalue now ca accept values in int/float/hex/bitstring formats
* Command .debug mod32value renamed to modvaue and can add int/float or apply hex mask
(in 3 modes: |= &= &=~ ) to value in update field
* Command .debug moditemvalue added similar .debug modvalue for item case.
* Command .npc set movetype now propertly update spawned in world creature state.
* Command .modify spell renamed to .debug spellmods and restored to working state.
* Commands .account password and .account set password now allow use quoted strings
for passwords and then now possible set from chat/console passwords with white spaces.
* Many commands converted to new functions without modify functionality
except better error detection in some cases at wrong command syntax use.
* Also fixed warnings in reload commands after prev. chat commit. Thanks to SkirnirMaNGOS for reporting.
* Now can be used as quotes any strings with symbols ' " [] around.
For example can be used: .additem [Tourch] or .additem "Tourch".
And in similar cases wher before [] or "" only canbe used in commands.
* New functions support propertly extraction shift-links as optional first args
* Also added more safe functions for extraction int32/uint32/float values.
For more wide use new functuons specialized extraction functions also need chnaged to same way work.
This is goal for future work at this part code.
This is fist part for achievement related command set.
Edition commands will added in some later commits when ready.
Two command added:
* .lookup achievment $partname - show fit achievements
(id, shiftlink, complete date for selected player).
shiftlink included similar data as generated by client for achievement shift-link
(complete state, complete date, marked completed criteria).
* .character achievements [$playername] - show completed achievements for selected player
We in any case modify args string content at parsing in commands,
so cast it to char* early. This let avoid lot later casts.
Some other code style exist in related code.
* all teleport commands support new areatrigger and areatriger-target shiftlinks
* .go trigger now let select areatrigger or areatrigger target as teleport point
* New commands:
.trigger - show detail info about areatrigger including all requirements
for teleport with shift-links to items/keys/quest
.trigger active - show all currently activated by character areatriggers
.trigger near - show near areatriggers
* .lookup item now show [usable] postfix if item can be used/equipped by selected character.
