67f9c26d51 [11701] Command .auction item and support auction without owner.
* New command allow place auction from chat/console and create auction without owner.
* Same code can be used in other place when server code want create generated auction
  without need have associated player. Auction code update for support this case.
* MailDraft::SendMailTo now allow "send" mails to non-players. It correcly drop items in like case.

1cd48649c2 [11437] Fixed cases where forgotten that bags have TYPEID_CONTAINER != TYPEID_ITEM
Script case low chance affect real cases but for mail send from item can fix some problems.

52b0748282 [11246] Provide mail template items for offline players
Implemented generation mail template items at mails loading in case when
original mail send in time when receiver has been offline. Before like
receiver not receive items.

Small change in mail.has_items meaning. Now it set also in cases when items
generated for template but none items really added to mail. This not affect
mostly existed code work aceept case when mail with template loading.

cf685da47a [11139] Use for Creature/GameObject local per-map guids
* Creature/GameObject guid generators moved to Map
* For avoid wrong not converted cases generic function in ObjectMgr has been replaced by
  specilized guid generation function like sObjectMgr.GeneratePlayerLowGuid().
  This let catch all cases that need update in custom code or scripts.
* Drop many ObjectAcessor.h now dead code. This is also make mangos more thread safe.
* Restore one more time unix build broken in prev. commits.

Note: many cases when something not wotk in instance but work in continents
possible magicly start work after this commit. For example, some gm commands.
From large systems that need more chnages for start work in full power in instances
can be referecned pool/gamevent system. Last need just small hacks drop changes but
in will addded in independent commit.

5f2aef756a [10970] Implement mass mail send infrastructure.
It expected to be used in 2 case: some gameevent must send mails at start/end,
and this can be useful in game commands. Both case wil implemented in later commits.

* New MassMailMgr can accept tasks for send mass mails in safe way for map update threads context/etc.
* It work in way:
   - By provided race mask or more generic SQL query string in async query selected affected characters
   - At query result ready at next world tick update in safe common part of tick code some from mails
     from queued mas mail tasks send.
   - Amount mails limited MassMailer.SendPerTick confir option (10 by default). This done for prevent
     high server load/lags at send too many mails in one tick (mail send all existed characters in DB
     who match to seelction criteria)
   - Manager not persistant for server shutdowns so any not send mails in queue lost at shutdown.
     But with default setting 10K mail send in 20 secs (10000/50/10). Adding more safe execution
     for this case will make related code lot more slow and req. many DB tables and code support.

231c6d77ce [10969] Some cleanups in MailDraft API
* Use Set* names for cases when function replace old value by new (instead Add*)
* Prevent hidden MailDraft copy create becase if draft have items its can't be just shared
  and need preoprtly cloned, but item close is high price operation (guid use, DB tiuched and etc)
  So this must be explictly operation. In next commits will be added clone function for this.
* Some MailDraft overwrite by assign cases rewrited to more clean way.

c7205a6837 [10862] Fixed not show and lost mail items in returned expire mails.
Also
* Use typename for mail item info vector.
* Include tools/characters_mail_items_cleanup.sql for cleanup lost mail items.
  It also included as sql update part. Sql update also fix receiver for stored
  in DB expired mail items.

ee8cc71e38 [10692] Fixed wrongly use %d for guids in DB queries.
This can affect correct result in cases big guid values
(out of range for possitive part of int32 range) at x86 platforms.

Some other cases addded in addition to original patch fixes
where %d wrongly/unsafe used for unsigned values.

46d740bbf4 [10641] Fixed use item dynamic/item proto flags.
* List its independelty. Each from this 2 fields have own flags. Cleanup lists.
* Not copy proto flags to item flags update field. This fix heroic item versions
  show in client in result mixed use ITEM_DYNFLAG_WRAPPED (0x8) with ITEM_FLAG_HEROIC (0x8)
* Update uses to proto case use for some cases where before wrongly has been used item dyn.flags
* For ITEM_DYNFLAG_UNLOCKED (0x4) set for item at unlock and check for prevent re-unlocking.
  This mostly for future case when will be implemented partly loting items support.
* For ITEM_FLAG_LOOTABLE (0x4) check loot absent or conflicting setting with containers/casted at use items.
  Report wrong cases art loading.
* Better check related loot tables content using ITEM_FLAG_PROSPECTABLE and ITEM_FLAG_MILLABLE

acd0716297 [10432] Rename ASSERT -> MANGOS_ASSERT and related fixes
ASSERT hard use in predictable way because diff. 3rd party libs code
redefine it inf different ways and hard make sure that used in end
of mangos define version. This is real detected problem make some
expected assert checks ignored and so bugs not detected as expected from code.

In addition made related changes:
* Common.h header expected to be first include in any src/game/header except most simple cases.
* Related FILE.h header expected to be first include in FILE.cpp
* Fixed some absent includes and type forwards for safe build without PCH enabled.
* Avoid using MANGOS_ASSERT in src/framework code

5f44c4da21 [10363] More wide use ObjectGuid in way remove MAKE_NEW_GUID uses.
Also
* Fixed some amount wrong uses low guids as full player guids.
* Add private without body ObjectGuid(uint32 const&) for catch wrong assigns low guids to ObjectGuid.
  In some cases need assign "0" guid, then use ObjectGuid() instead.
* Fixed .pdump commands work.

c64a2e8c84 [9730] Mail send related fixes in recent code.
* Avoid use explicit MailReciever/MailSender where not need.
  Types specially added for autoconvertion from common cases.

* Prevent allow copy text auction mails. It anyway store encoded data.
  Same for some another non-player mails.

24f2d03485 [9702] Drop now redundent item_text table.
* In beggining bad news: at 3.3.3 switch has been forgoted item_instance.data field chnage.
  In result items with texts (mail copy in to inventory, some other) lost text content.
* That why in current commit item_text droped without convertion. In result all itesm with texts
  will lost text. Sorry for this as i think small porblem :(
* Now text stored in item itself.
